4 p.m. Visit to Pembroke College Organ
We meet at Worcester College at 11 a.m where we have two hours to enjoy the 1865 John Nicholson organ. Work was done by Mander in 1961 and included some stop changes and electric action added to the tracker action. In 2005 Harrison & Harrison restored the whole organ to tracker and enlarged it to near to its original specification.
After lunch we have been offered an hour on the three manual and pedal Aubertin Organ in St John’s college, starting at 2.30.
